Heart Studio was created in 2019 by Catherine Couanet in order to help the change that everyone needs at one time in a life. Hypnosis, Art and Talking sessions are the most efficient tools for the creation of oneself and the optimization of skills and abilities. To eliminate barriers and find your

resources, sessions can take place on site, online, or can come to you.

Catherine Couanet is originally a French therapist and an artist with

a PhD. She has been trained in United States and France to Erickson's hypnosis,

Psychotherapy and Art. She has opened an art studio for ten years in the famous mental health

institution for teenagers "Maison Des Adolescents", in Paris. She has also taught at several

Universities around the world, and has been working with many International Institutions and Schools.

Her sessions are opened to anyone ready for change.
